2- SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation prepared based on this law, regarding the sale and domestic delivery of the product(s) specified in Article 3 below, purchased electronically by the “Buyer” on ORİX’s website (http://orixhome.com).

Delivery will be made by ORİX via courier and/or an Authorized Service appointed by ORİX to the delivery address specified above within 30 (thirty) days after order confirmation. Official holidays and national/religious holidays are not included in this period. During delivery, the Buyer must inspect the product and sign the delivery note. By signing the delivery note, the Buyer or the person acting on behalf of the Buyer declares that the product has been delivered in full, complete, and undamaged condition. No shipping/transportation fee is charged. The validity of the prices and these promises is 30 days from the order date.

4- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement without providing any reason and without incurring any penalties within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.

If the Buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must declare their intention to withdraw regarding the order through the cancellation/return process on the website where the purchase was made within the withdrawal period. After the withdrawal declaration made within the specified period, the product will be collected by the Authorized Service directed by the Call Center within 10 days. ORİX will refund the total amount received and any documents binding the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the withdrawal notification without any cost to the Buyer. The Buyer is not liable for any changes or damages arising from using the product in accordance with its operation, technical specifications, and user instructions during the withdrawal period. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose packaging, seal, or protective elements like tape have been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.

5- GENERAL PROVISIONS

5.1. The “Buyer” declares and accepts that they have read and understood the main characteristics, total price (including all taxes), payment method, and delivery details of the product sold on http://orixhome.com as specified in Article 3 and have electronically confirmed them.

5.2. The “Buyer” declares and accepts that they must complete payment transactions and provide accurate and complete address and recipient information to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the product subject to this Agreement.

5.3. The product(s) subject to this Agreement will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the order confirmation and within 30 (thirty) days, provided the product payment has been fully made.

5.4. If the Buyer designates another person or entity for delivery, ORİX is not responsible if this person or entity refuses to accept the delivery.

5.5. The Buyer must inspect the product subject to this Agreement during delivery.

5.6. ORİX is responsible for delivering the product subject to this Agreement in good condition, complete, as specified in the order, and with any applicable warranty documents and user manuals.

5.7. If ORİX cannot fulfill its obligations due to force majeure such as adverse weather, general strikes, or transportation disruptions, ORİX must inform the Buyer. In this case, before the expiry of ORİX’s performance obligations under the Agreement, the Buyer may choose to wait for the force majeure to end, request another product of equal quality and price, or request a refund of the amount paid. ORİX must refund the amount paid within 14 days if requested.

5.8. ORİX is not responsible for technical errors related to the products on its website.

5.9. In cases where this Agreement lacks a provision, the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation will apply.

5.10. The Buyer may submit complaints and disputes to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court in the location of their residence or the place where the goods or services were purchased, within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry in December.

5.11. For products sold as part of promotional packages, the right of withdrawal, return, and cancellation can only be exercised for the entire package due to their discounted nature.

6- ENFORCEMENT

This Agreement has been concluded between the parties on …. date. The “Buyer” declares, acknowledges, and undertakes that they have read this Agreement both before placing the order on the website and after the order, and they accept all the information and conditions contained herein.
